Just took a glace at it about 10 minutes ago, and it seems to be nothing but an oversaturated echo chamber filled with the same copy and paste generic resume: The posts that are locked automatically. Therefore, accessing the amount of people hitting up each account is impossible, as they would simply do it through direct messaging.
Also, a vast majority of them are not from the United States of Americunts, and are (obviously) men.
I wonder how many of these woman instantly demand to see a picture of the messenger in question to see if they are chad or not....
Otherwise, I really have no idea how this sort of interaction would even work in the real world.
