Pectus Carinatum is a chest deformity that makes you look fucking disgusting with your shirt off. I have it since high school and I can't bear it anymore but if no one here says they have it then it means that it's not that much of a game over for me.

In reality, it's mostly psychological. You should worry about your face and height. A pectus is not a deal-breaker in itself, and you can hide it somewhat with muscles.
