I just simply couldn't do it, glad to read you're healthy though and i agree the world would be a better place even though it's impossible. people that have next to nothing to eat aren't going to refuse meat they're going to eat the meat or starve which will always be a decent chunk of the population. Having the option is a modern day first world luxury something we all need to remember.

Maybe in another world we can all live in peace but here on earth killing and death is the norm and that will never change something we all got to accept. i had a lot more to say but accidentally deleted it all. btw i love the taste of meat.

The thing is, I really don't fucking know what is healthy and what not. No one is ever gonna tell you the truth (and no one can). I'll switch up my diet the day I feel like it doesn't benefit my health anymore. I wish the world could be a place without the meat industry but that will simply not happen (as you already mentioned).

I do believe that the right diet is to eat 99% vegan and meat once or twice a week. Only meat no milk products/eggs though. Also nowadays humans are used to eat meat because of god how many years our species ate it our bodies have changed (since humans are "plant" eaters). Honestly though, if you eat meat, at least organic because the shit they do with non organic meat is disturbing. Don't ever support fast food restaurants and big non organic companies.

btw I really can't stand animals being born to be slaughtered and abused for greed. They are like us, incels, born to die without their dreams ever being fulfilled.
 
Veganism is the end result of high IQ whites who respect nature and appreciate it. You can't expect the subhuman ethnics in here to understand so don't bother trying.

High IQ. yep man i go for the free range eggs grass fed meat that is humanely raised avoid fast food and so on. I can't stand animals being born to be slaughtered and abused for greed either.

No offense but almost every vegan and vegetarian male I know acts like a limp wristed female. Humans are omnivores and require both meat and plants in their diets. Even chimpanzees have been observed to hunt smaller animals. Our species subsisted as hunter gatherers for millenia. Once we switched to agriculture humans shrunk in size and become much less healthy and long lived. Nobles purposely hoarded meat and only allowed peasants a limited amount to keep their physical and mental superiority over them intact. Peasants would be executed for daring to kill a deer in a noble's territory. Forgoing a nutritional requirement is insane especially when its readily available. I have noticed excellent results after switching to ketogenic diet.
Btw animals will literally eat you alive if you ever end up defenseless and weak in the wilderness. Your vegan love will not win you any animal friends. I've grilled vegetarians on what they would do in a crisis situation and they never give a straight answer. They just gurgle up some bullshit on how they would just avoid the situation or puposely starve to death.

Even assuming this is true, I don't see how it is relevant. It is true that childhood nutrition has a strong impact on the physical and mental development of a person. Okay. So as long as the child is being provided with adequate nutrients and calories it should not matter whether they are plant or animal derived.
Also, it's known that the nobles were commonly afflicted with disease that the peasantry were not. For example, 'Gout was historically known as "the disease of kings" or "rich man's disease"'. So your assertion of their physical superiority is suspect.

Because it's a ridiculous question. I am not in a 'crisis situation', e.g. stranded in a remote place with the only food source available being animal-based.
I could easily make the same argument, "if you had to choose between cannibalism and death, which would it be?", many people would cannibalism over death, like these people who were stranded in the Andes after their plane crashed. Yet I can't make the argument, "because these people ate people in this extreme circumstance, it is therefore okay to eat people"
 
Meat does leave you susceptible to certain diseases but as with everything else moderation is key. A ketogenic diet minimizes carbs and contains mostly fatty foods. I know its only a personal ancedote bur my dad went down from 250 lbs to 210 in about 6 months after going keto and is also off his blood pressure medicine. One thing you and I will agree on is that the way animals are raised is barbaric and the amount of hormones injected in them does have adverse effects on our health. I only purchase grass-fed meat as we already have enough pro estrogenic chemicals in our water. The diet preached by the FDA is poison and I will concede that a plant based diet is healthier, but I still think a keto diet is superior.

Also cannibalization is not nearly the same situation as I do not consider humans to be the equal of animals. Also you will suffer serious health problems if you eat human meat for an extended period of time.

I can look up some studies but nobles most assuredly did live longer than peasants and the consumption of meat does lead to increased height which is a clear sign of better health
