Are you a teenie or joking? Bipolar, as you can lookup, is characterized by phases of mood swings, i.e. mania which is the high and depression which is the low.

Sounds more like schizoaffective, which is a combo of bipolar-like symptoms mixed with schizophrenia. Asperger's and schizophrenia can express themselves in a similar way.
