Fin won't regrow what you lost. Get a hair transplant in Turkey, it is worth even comming from the US and then better get on fin.

I've seen it helping with thinning but I doubt it will regrow actually bald spots. If you already got NW3 fin won't help your hairline going to at least NW2. At least I haven't seen a convincing proof of this.
