Or suppliments. Not phenibut but something with minimal side effects.

going to try ashwanganda. Does anyone have experience? Apparantly it reduces anxiety and increases testesterone.

I took it for a long time, tried different brands and no effect.
I have better luck with l-theanine and l-tyrosine.

It depends.
In my case with only 1g I'm relaxed and my sleep is awesome.

try something that has actually clinically been proven

L-tyrosine
L-theanine
Choline birate taken with inositol
dl-phenylalanine

When supplementing with ashwagandha you wanna be taking 500mg in the morning and 500mg in the evening, you'd need to take it for atleast 3-4 months to see results (how long it took me) and it's pretty subtle, you're talking 10-20% increase in your testosterone levels and like 5% increase in your free Testosterone levels, as well as protecting you from excess aromotisation of T.

- Adderall
- Modafinil
- Phenibut
- Aniracetam
- L-Theanine
- Propranolol

Minimal side effects

No such thing. If it works then it'll have side effects.

Necro
Choline is always included.

Why is choline useful? It's not in my stack, what would you recommend it for?

The pills I use require acetyl-choline.

Otherwise, I'll reference something:

(This is more relevant to the person using it...)
