It has been on an upwards trajectory for 70 years, there is no reason to believe it will go down; that is evidence enough.

The numbers obviously show that men that have never had a romantic relationship/intercourse has been increasing and will continue to do so. I quote the relevant part from the research: "Using the figures and demographics, we can estimate a hardcore incel population. This hardcore incel group is indeed growing as a share of the male population."
