I actually eat organic food and run/workout a lot combined with body exercises.
Im actually fairly fit.
I Eat a well balanced diet, Raw milk, Raw butter, grass fed beef, salmon and sometimes liver, cheese,
blueberries, bananas, whole grain bread, Oats, vegetables etc...
Try to keep everything as natural as possible.

No.
Im only 5´8 and always been on the skinny side, found it very difficult to gain weight as a kid
(due to shit genetics of my parents).
But now I gained lots of weight in a healthy way by simply maturing, eating lots of food and working out.
No, I dont have tits.
