I had OnePlus and redmi's, these are very good phones.
I used them for 5+ years without additional issues that won't happen to a Samsung, but security is the biggest issue because update support tends to be shorter in budget Chinese phones.
Besides, the non critical components tend to be inferior, like the speakers and mics can be terrible.
I think the bad minor components/software update longevity has been changed in recent years, but I'm not sure.
Be ware, some of these are carrier versions or others, so you will have outdated software updates compared to the Chinese versions, like the US TMobile version I got in HK, that the last update for the OnePlus 9 was 2021, which had a critical flaw that if you had the phone modem interrupted, it would generate system logs at root level endlessly, over time, it will balloon up and the only thing that can solve it is a fresh reinstall.
These phones are cheap of the cheap, being grey/black market versions of already cheap Chinese phones.
Overall, pretty good deal if you only focus on specs, and especially so if you use the phone only at home with wifi.
