But they mostly dont do it for me. Been browsing hentai images for 2 hours and saved only few

There used to be a pretty good hentai forum but I forgot the name, pretty sure it's gone already.

gelbooru has good tagging system
chan sankaku has more 'deviant' and extreme images, but a lot of ads
r34.xxx is filled with low quality crap
nhentai.net is pretty good, tagging is a bit wierd
sadpanda gives you access to more extreme stuff
pixiv has some pretty good stuff but the UI is unusable

Adding on to @failmaxxed :

r34.xxx is filled with low quality crap

rule34.pahael is a similar alternative. It too has too much low quality drawings.

nhentai.net is pretty good, tagging is a bit wierd

tsumino is an alternative to nhentai with additional search features. Both are good.

pixiv has some pretty good stuff but the UI is unusable

Wish I could use pixiv. Japanese sites always have outdated or broken design.
