If you are looking for 3d hentai, I'd recommend RE202858 (FPS), RE248987 (Platformer) and Fallen Doll. I personally prefer 2D hentai because the gameplay is much better and CGs are more fappable than 3D animation if the quality is good enough.
Early works of illusion are also worth playing. They have worse graphics but are proper games with decent plot and game mechanisms.

I would try looking for the download links on nyaa or tokyotosho, but here are some of the works I played if that's what you were looking for: SchoolMate (VN with great plot), Des Blood 4(really old), Musumakeup! (grooming, great if you are a lolicon).
There was a very good fighting game made by a Chinese dude using assets from illusion games. I forgot its name unfortunately.
