Try rimworld, project zomboid, kenshi is very good btw, dead cells. mount and blade 2 idk about 1st one but 2nd battles look way cooler.

all of those can run on low end pcs and are certified autism simulators similar to few of your mentioned.

Easy Red 2, it's like your fav Cod 2 but in a bigger scale and you can make new maps in editor. They fixed the ai so they actually fight and can win game without you doing anything

I played Dont Starve Together with a friend and it was actually pretty fun because a bunch of strangers joined our server and we made a huge base / town as we played. Was actually a kino gaming experience.
