I'm from somewhat big polish city (Stettin) that is just few kilometers from german border and whores can cost there as low as 25 euro per hour. If you are however far from eastern border then just find a nearby brothel on internet in place you are staying and simply visit there. Speaking from my experience I'd say German hookers are of the highest quality but they also charge the most, and some of them are really arrogant. Russian/ Baltic girls are a good choice. Foids from Bulgaria and Romania should be avoided (bad hygiene / shit service).
