Fungus medication and basically cutting off the bad parts. It’s still there to an extent, but not as disgustingly awful

this was when I was younger though, when I was around like 8 or so? I think I injured my foot on something and eventually it popped up on my toe. It was pretty big and very stubborn and difficult to get off, literally lasted for years.
Problem was I couldn’t fully get rid of it no matter what treatment I used, it would come off but then eventually grow back to full form
