I'm in get ripped or die trying mode, and just took 25mg of ephedra, for th first time since I was a teenager.

The crazy heart is ok, but I feel crazy sick and just vomited, is this normal?

Its in an ECA stack of that matters???

gymmaxxxing is cope. If you want to get big and strong, do it naturally imo.

Don't plan on killing myself, just need a headstart, gained too much weight in lockdown, look and feel like utter shit, and even muscle memory and endurance is fucked now.

Most likely moving to a hotter, beach city by end of year, so want to lose 13kg FML.

Will probably build up sensitivity fairly quick, but just don't get the whole vomiting thing jfl

ECA stack is not sarms or anabolic, it's basically vasal dilation and thermogenesis.

Plus 25mg is not crazy, in my teens I took 75mg lol
