As I kid I used constantly sleep on one side. I didn't think much of it. Now one side of my face looks more like before in picture one and it's kinda throwing my face off.

Facial asymmetry due to more fat on one side will buccal v0 5h22nsc5btbe1

Something like this. One side looks developed, while other as if you smashed it with a pan and stretched it out. Is there any way to fix it besides surgery? This shit is pretty annoying.

asymmetry, can never be fixed.
its over.

Try to relax the fuller side of the face.

You can do that by avoiding clenching your jaw, avoid chewing food on the fuller side instead chew food on the slimmer side of face , if you side sleep then sleep on the fuller side face.

You can also massage the fuller side of the face to relax it. Over working buccinator muscle can cause the face to look full.

I think your facial assymetry might be due to facial muscle imbalance.

haha coper.

muscle imbalance is the biggest cope ever, you can literally feel ur cranofacial structure shorter and bent towards one side and yet you have to cope about muscle imbalance.
no such thing as that exists unless you get into some accident or fight.

My eyes are also asymmetrical not only jaw

I just wanted to help.

I am also insecure about my face assymetry but I try to avoid clenching my teeth , asymmetrical chewing or anything that can cause further assymetry to face even more.

Life is full of suffering, might as well cope to make it a little bit less worse.

Did your actually see any results? Even the smallest bit of an improvement?

Do you get bullied a lot by people when you step outside or just get the weird stares? I feel as if people might often give me weird stares as I walk past them.

No but they talk about my lazy eye

If the assymetry is due to muscle imbalance, there might be a possibility to be improved. You just need to relax the fuller side ( over working muscle ) of face.

I used to mainly chew food from my right side of face so it became more developed and full. So I started chewing food on both sides equally and I try to keep my face relax instead of clenched / tense. My face became a little bit slimmer / symmetric.

If the assymetry is due to bones , then it can't be fixed with this advice.

Asymmetric palate and Ramus or mandible too.
Or sometimes it's just muscle imbalance. Chew hard stuff if it's not bone asymmetry
