Yeah I've had an inhaler since I got asthma (I wasn't born with it I got it at 4).

About once every 3 ish months, the episode of bronchitis last about 7-12 days for me

Same here, I’m battling chronic bronchitis with my asthma atm, the severity of the asthma goes up a lot.

I found using a bong filled with boiled water helps a lot.

Yeah I’m doing that currently, I put boiling water in a pot with some salt in there or an essential oil like thyme oil while drinking hot tea throughout the day.

I was bedridden yesterday from how hard it was to breathe. Luckily its slowly getting better.

I used to have asthma when I was around 4 to 10 yearsold before it when away. Tho I'm not sure if it may be comeback I haven't been running/jogging as good as i used to be these last months
