I can't even drink a cup of coffee without my heart rate going to a 100 and feeling like someone is out to kill me for the rest of the day. It's an awful feeling.

Had to stop vaping too because of it jfl. Might start taking ashwagandha again even though it's expensive af and I have no job. I remember that increased my anxiety for a few weeks though until it /calm/ed me down.
