Watamote comes to mind but the protag is a foid and she goes to school
Some that I know of but haven't watched are no game no life, chaos;head(in the vn he goes to school but skips most days) and recovery of an mmo junkie but the protag is a foid.

For chaos;head maby pick up the vn instead, I tried it years ago but later stopped. I will give another try these days

It sucks that there isn't any realistic anime about outcasts it would make a good genre
