IDK why but phone calls are fucking scary to me. Even meeting someone face to face for the first time is less scary than making a phone call to a doctor I have visited a few times already. I have to call my psychiatrist right now but I am so fucking anxious. This is pretty common in truecels I bet, since social interactions were never good for us due to our genes.

I know that feeling. I'm always anxious when I have to talk to someone I don't know, phone or not. Hell ordering Pizza gives me anxiety sometimes.

So yeah as you stated being mistreated will give you anxiety and make you high inhibition as fuck. Sigh.
