Most normies try to present social anxiety as some irrational brain disorder, like it has no basis in reality.

But im pretty sure it is simply your common sense, like deep down you're aware of your own sub humanity and how others see you, so your common sense is trying to save you, to tell you not to embarrass your self even more.

I mean how come chads/stacies and normies who didn't get abused and were treated nicely in general don't have any anxiety?
Im pretty sure almost no one is born with "social anxiety", it is some thing that's acquired based on how you get treated by patents/peers and society in general.

I remember preschool days i had no problems talking to ppl in general, but some time after puberty everything shifted, all the sudden my attempts to converse were always met with sarcasm and negativity. (except for one friend i had)

Only half true. You are born with the predisposition, if you're highly prone to it, it only takes a little mistreatment to trigger it. Some people here are subhuman as shit but don't suffer from social anxiety.

Only if you are 90% sure what the result would be.

In my opinion social anxiety mostly happens due to being treated badly in you childhood and developing years!

Can you imagine being born a chad or normie? You would probably never even have social anxiety! With the exception if you were molested or something like that but that's a special case then which can even make normies and chads getting it.

Social anxiety is a meme, it's an excuse for millenials to pop pills.
