Lexapro for GAD here. Works great. No major side effects after one week. Minor drowsiness is the worst that I have experienced.

Absolute poison. I'm basically Tom Cruise when it it comes to psychiatric drugs, they are all shit. I feel sorry for anyone who takes them willingly. I took them when I was in a mental hospital for a few weeks & didn't quite but basically had to and they worked fine short term. But I would never take them long term if I could avoid it. They will fuck you in in the sneakiest ways down the road. Just, why?

All the medics you showed are SSRI's not antipsychotics, except peratsin.

It's a common effect of SSRI's. You see yourself after a few weeks taking them gaining dozens of kilos. It's a second depression after that. These meds are filth.

Antipsychotics work primarily by blocking receptors in dopamine pathways. Good for schizophrenia or bipolar, but not what you would want to fix depression imo. You should look for dopamine or seratonin agonists. A good example of this would be amphetamines and psychedelic drugs.
I would say that in my personal experience reuptake inhibitors like ssris or ndris are much better at alleviating GAD symptoms but have done little to nothing to alleviate depression symptoms. Dopamine and seratonin agonists often cause a certain amount of anxiety just from their effects, aka when you have a bad acid trip or take too much adderall.

How did Perphenazine worked?

Perphenazine is a antipsychotic drug, but you don't get tired from them and you don't gain as much weight as you do on seroquel. It can also help for depression, but I use it for psychosis. Almost all antipsychotics result in weight gain.

Actually, when you're depressed you need a lot of sleep and some sexual drive that keeps you alive, ssri's take that away from you. You feel like a zombie. Ssri's are here because the pharma criminal corporations wants to make money, not because they are "wonder drugs" that's a marketing BS. No one even know how they work exactly. Some older generation antidepressants works better, have much fewer side effects and costs much less. But, because biased studies paid by big pharma crap corp. and corruption given to physicians, you won't see them being prescribed.
