I was just walking thru student dorm and couldnt help but notice how the entire setup is ideal for mating.
Since i live in the city where my uni is i never really went to dorm settlement until earlier today.
There are multiple dorm room buildings and benches, park, gym and food hall in the middle of them.
The settup is PERFECT for students meeting each other and inevitably fucking in dorm rooms. And thats percisely whats happening. Couples touching each other everywhere!
Whole place smells of feromones. Horny foids everywhere. Disgusting.
They even throw a party once in a while!

If i were to design a layout of student settlement i would set up iron fence across the half and split male female.
If male was spotted in female half or the other way around, they would loose all their student rights and get thrown out of uni and dorm.
I would hire incel guards to patrol the entire thing so they would actually be motivated to catch them in their dirty pathetic little venture.
I would market my design to goverment as anti STD layout so maybe i could get funds.

But ofc all of that is merely my dream that will never be...
