He makes the bizarre comparison of our views on attractiveness to fascist views on eugenics implying that we are pro-eugenics which doesn't make any sense because we absolutely despise the way we are treated because of our unattractive looks. It's like saying feminists are "pro-patriarchy" because they believe the world is run by powerful men that oppress women. Just because we believe something to be true doesn't mean we support it.
