I always wondered why he chose this suicide method as it's literally the most painful suicide method I can think of. Like what was going through his head in the moments leading up to his decision to kill himself in his manner?
Usually when you hear about someone burning themselves alive, it's someone doing it in public as a means of "protesting" something, probably with delusions that it will cause the general public to "wake up" about the issue and that they'll be remembered as a martyr. But he didn't do it publicly so that clearly wasn't the case here.
