fix-anterior-pelvic-tilt-poor-posture-250x300.jpg

I have this (albeit not as extreme as in the pic) and it´s a huge pain in the ass. Even if you are skinny it will make you look like you have a huge gut. I spend over 3 hours everyday just trying to get rid of this. I´m also always consciously aware of my posture. It´s a huge pain in the ass.

so? its easily fixable unlike my manletism.

I don’t have this, but I do have a kyphotic spine. I’m actually 6’3” but I appear that I’m only 6’ unless I uncompress my back flat against a wall.

OP get a foam roller, I was able to fix mine using that and hip flexor exercises/stretching.

I spend 3 hours daily doing exercises against this and it might take years to get rid of it.

How is that easy?
stick your chin in (mackenzie chin tuck) and tilt your the back of your head upwards almost like someone above is grabbing your hair. also helps to have good oral posture. because your head is connected to your spine keeping your head straight naturally will unravel and straighten your spine.
people in the past didnt have these issues since there wasnt computers and all this garbage.

no need for 3hrs of exercises daily lul

"dude just change your posture"

I have this along but with forward neck posture and rounded shoulders. My torso looks like an orangutangs.

I have APT as well as a slightly kyphotic spine. Started Gymcelling in February which helps, but it sucks to have to go the extra mile because i'm overweight too. :feelsrope:

Totally seconding the Foam Roller and i can recommend gymcelling and posturecelling. It makes me less angry and irritated, also i can see slow progress for my posture.

My APT improvement came in this way:

At the start, the front facing muscles of my upper leg were shortened. They pull the pelvis down because of sitting all day in front of my Computer. You can loosen them with foam rolling. A Balance of cardio and excercises for the legs and the lower back strengthens them and rebalances the muscular forces that influence your pelvis. After 9 Months my back is significantly stronger, my back pain is gone and the butt kind shrunk a tiny bit and reprositioned.

I recently got a new program at the gym for the legs. That one is now strenghtening the balances "inside" the legs. My abductors (muscles for the inner side of the upper leg which end at the inner side of the pelvis, left and right behind your balls and a-hole) are super weak and the source of the tightening of the front facing upper muscles, because those try to compensate for their weakness. With the new Program working on the balance of those, the forces get kinda redistributed. APT improved another notch and now my Knee pains are gone after training and i can run a bit better.

My posture absolutely sucks. I purchased one of those posture correctors but my body is too small even for the small size.

We are all already overdosed.

I have the same issue (of course not as badly as it’s shown in the pic) and for a time I attempted to fix it but eventually I just said fuck it

You need to actually develop your lats, they're underdeveloped because of the posture. I'm not joking by this but

Go to the gym.
