Like we learn at school that evolution helps better the animals living conditions when the environment changes, and it can adapt. In our case since over population is a problem, and knowing stacies are all shallow and only care about looks, the universe played a cruel game where it started creating incels, knowing we will never mate and breed, which in results reduces over population.

Incels mainly sit in their rooms, read books, go for walks, and often engage in cruelty free lifestyles in an effort to reduce global suffering since we ourselves have felt true suffering first hand.
