The owner is a squatter living illegally inside bank's property. It wouldn't surprise me if he's a drug dealer using the house as a drug lab (I've seen marijuana). So, it's not a practical solution since he could kill my outdoor feral cats (I trained them to pee on my backyard).

The easiest country I could possibly emigrate to would be France or Germany, although learning their languages will be a hard requirement that will take many years to even reach an acceptable level. Other than Europe, no.
