It's all about looks. I am weak too. But I think there are reasons why that is, that can be changed, or atleast improved. High testosterone and good health should make you feel strong. But it's a lot of work to improve this disgustingly weak body that I have. Recently I can't sleep much anymore and I can see how it drains my energy. Everything is so delicate, but I still don't think that's a reason to give up. Being mentally and physically strong is a great goal in my opinion.
