anime foids are too abstract a version of an idealized femoid, their appearance and behaviors adhere to norms that can't be played out in this reality, to call this female worship is like saying depictions of a dragon idealizes tree geckos or some other mundane species of lizard.
Worship is veneration, devotion, reverence, praise, and regarding with high honor and esteem. The quality and attributes of divinity are not a necessary condition (see: worship of living celebrities and of dead ones with shrines dedicated to them). When you idealize something you're assigning virtues and characteristics that are much greater than (peak even) what you'd expect to find normally. That's what the mythologies do when they create their gods - they're immortal meta humans who are idealized versions of humans, sometimes being champions and paragons with the highest of certain human virtues and attributes. The god of beauty, the god of wisdom - this and that. To idealize something is to, in part or in whole, do these acts which are defined as worship in the aggregate.
The path from idealization to worship is a very direct and linear one. You don't need the predictive power of an oracle to see that.
