Kept in a secret research facility run by a shady organisation, our girl is a heartless mutant killing machine. She escapes the facility but a head injury reverts her to the state of a harmless neko girl with the mind of a toddler that can barely speak. She is then found by our MC and his cousin who care for her while the organization hunts her down.
The soundtrack on this anime is pretty damn good and the main score is iconic. It also plays a pretty big role in the plot. There are some good action scenes and the animation is good for its time. There's also the occasional fan service. If you are a loli connoisseur you'll like it, since it has a lot of "that stuff". The show doesn't shy away from nudity or gore, and you'll find both here. Overall it has some cool concepts and ideas.
But the writing and plot are horrendous. Its like what an iam14andthisisdeep would think a dark and "mature" story looks like, but in reality is just edgy. The MC is a simp ass bitch and makes the show almost unwatchable, his cousin is kind of annoying too. The other pink haired mutant and that cute kid were alright tho. The themes are juvenile at best and the story is nothing to write home about. Emotional moments feel forced af.
All in all I would say its a pretty mid anime. A couple of positives prevent it from being downright bad but still not something I would recommend.
