I have only watched a couple of anime as I'm not an expert in the subject. But from the few I have watched, I see that tall, hot guys with personalities similar to Chads are the ones that all the girls fall for. It shows the sad reality of what girls like. Even in anime the good looking chad gets all the girls.

In Mexico there's the diversity of skintones. There's very light skinned people and very dark skin people. It depends on your region where you live, since some are closer to the equator and sun hits differently in different regions and climate. Also depending on the family lineage and what not. In the south there's people with dark skin but up in the north you have very light skinned people. Even a few people with blue or even green eyes.

Krillin is just so damn lucky even though he's short, he still dates hot girls and is always surrounded by girls. He's a short man but girls still go for him.
