So I am very focused on angermaxxing as a means to keep myself motivated to stay on my bodybuilding diet. As well as take more steroids once the gym opens back up.

Part of my angermaxxing is negative self talk. Usually in my head but lately I have been doing it out loud when alone of course. Working pretty well so far.
