I’m not an ancap but I’ll give them some credit. They say monopolies would not really form in ancap societies because intellectual property will not exist and most monopolies are actually a result of regulations that make it impossible for competition to wipe them out.

Idk how true that is, but they do make good arguments imo.

I don't believe this. There will be psuedo enforcement of IP. Its not getting thrown to prison or jailed, but downright killed.
