I know from experience, it is not about the food. The periods where I had a consistent "non-hedonistic" diet were the ones where I was stress free and happier in general. The worlds best treatment programs for drug rehabilitation do not focus on detoxing people anymore, they include social measures to stabilize people to prevent relapse. The shit that comes back for me:
- bad smell, body odor

Anything that stimulates dopamine also stimulates libido. Nofap is far easier if you don't drink coffee for example. There are also supplements like NAC that can make it easier to control your urges. Meditation works fine too.

My personal recommendation is to make your libido as high as you can by not jerking off and living with it. It makes life worth living. When you have a high libido your dopamine baseline is higher, enhancing everything else in your life.
