fentanyl od kills hundreds of hobos every year here in SF. and no one really gives a damn lol.

the other month some crackhead left some of it on the grass and a little toddler that was crawling around ingested some of it. he was saved in the last second with some narcan by paramedics. crazy shit.

a lot of hobos hangout around gas stations here and are always fiddling with the pumps. I'll be pissed if I touch some of that shit and pass out.
