Been cutting back on food and losing weight. I used to be pretty lean at HS at 150lbs(idk how much that is in kgs) but after I graduated from HS and got a low level job, I started driving to places and getting food to eat. My weight shot up and I developed an addiction/reliance to food.
I tried looksmaxxing a few years ago and lost weight down back to my 150lbs bodyweight. Then it didn't change anything and foids still didn't wanna fuck me so I started eating again.

For kicks you can try cutting out all copes for a week or so, all the "fake" quick and easy fixes like tasty processed food, sugar, caffeinated drinks, erotic materials, trolling online, etc, and just go about your day and try to be satisfied only with what life gives you by itself.
