Bro if you're natty with those numbers you have potential to cross 650 ish mark. That's super elite level, better than 99.99% lifters

"Periodization principles in strength training"
This book really helped me with some scientific methodologies.

Cant really relate tbh. I have to force feed 2,500 - 3,000 cals a day just to maintain my tiny bodyweight of 74.5 - 76kg

76kg is small? I am 60kg lol and only people smaller than me are asians.

super elite is 400 lb bench press, 700+ dl, etc. and that's only for natties

for roids add 100-200 lbs to that shit

Been cutting back on food and losing weight. I used to be pretty lean at HS at 150lbs(idk how much that is in kgs) but after I graduated from HS and got a low level job, I started driving to places and getting food to eat. My weight shot up and I developed an addiction/reliance to food.

I tried looksmaxxing a few years ago and lost weight down back to my 150lbs bodyweight. Then it didn't change anything and foids still didn't wanna fuck me so I started eating again.

What is your body fat percentage ? I am close to your height and I weight like 64 kg and still cutting.
Lifting high numbers at the expense of having a bloated face is not seem to be a fair trade off.

If your Deadlift max is 454, you could hit 500 in a few months tbh.

In June 2019 my Deadlift was 455.
March 2020 I hit 535. Thats an 80lb increase in 9 months.

Definitely NOT elite tbh. Early-Advanced at best. mid 500s DL is usually late-intermediate.

Appetite could be genetic. I always had a lowish appetite through out my life.

Eating is my best cope but I can't relate tbh. The more I eat the less hungry I get, overeating is pretty hard for me.
 
Everyone is coping hard, most people have already accepted the premise that their life sucks ass and they need to bribe themselves (food, drugs, escorts) just to get through the day and the week, they just won't admit it to now show weakness in public.

For kicks you can try cutting out all copes for a week or so, all the "fake" quick and easy fixes like tasty processed food, sugar, caffeinated drinks, erotic materials, trolling online, etc, and just go about your day and try to be satisfied only with what life gives you by itself.

You're not just going to be depressed, it will be so bad your skin will feel like it's catching on fire or some shit.

I phrased what I meant poorly tbh. I wouldn’t want to be a fatcel for the convenience of not eating. I’d just prefer slimming down to my desired weight/build than bulking up to it like I have to do now.
 
I’m not an Americancel tbh. I have been eating only two meals per day
 
I gain weight every time I'm in the U.S., being completely serious here.
