i havent eaten bri ish bacon before but it looks like it could be better than american bacon if you cook it well

I have several (us) pounds of it... Just waiting until i use up my other batch of "bacon grease."

I precook it in bulk then hot jar it for later use. Don't require refrigerator but i refrigerate it anyway.

I cook it until all the water is gone in my huge cast iron pot.

Try making popcorn in it bros! Talk about good stuff °=°

I would eat bacon if it wasn't for the high salt content. I eat other meats with natural sodium though. It's the same with sausages, i don't eat them either because of the added salt.
