It was scheduled to arrive on December 24th. My tracking says it was delivered, but the item isn't here. Granted, it is the holidays. Anyone else have late items from Amazon?

I ordered some shit from the burgers, they said I would get it 12/24 and I received it that day.
Just contact them they'll refund you. Sometimes the driver gives it to a neighbour without even attempting to deliver to my house. So I get it from the neighbour and then contact Amazon saying checked with neighbours and they say they dont have anything. So I end up with the item and a refund.

Contact them. If you try to get a refund or replacement through their automatic options then it'll deny it (if you even have that option). They'll send a replacement.
Last christmas I ordered something on eBay and it was marked as delivered and I never got it or my money back. Amazon and most other retailers refund people when it's lost regardless of the tracking status.

Did you use paypal? You should always use paypal. If you dont get your goods you can open a dispute in their resolution centre. They'll ask the seller to provide proof that they sent the package. If the seller cant prove it (post office reciepts) they'll give your money back
I did use paypal. I didn't know that. I assume they also closed the case in the seller's favor if it's marked as delivered. I should've also made a police report about the stolen package. If I remember correctly, eBay refunds the buyer themself if they have proof that a report was made. UPS was completely useless though.

Ebay are shit. Always go through paypal. They'll ask for a reciept. If the seller did actually ship it there should be a tracking number to find out what happened. If they didnt or if they dont respond to paypal they'll side in your favour.
I doubt this was the case. I was home around the time it was supposedly delivered.
