This takes place after season 1 and OVAs.
I finished the 13 episodes. 13th episode is pure fan service. And first 12 were 6 arcs, 2 episodes a girl.
So I would say season 3 is by far the best season. All the girls get very good development and endings in their arcs. No tragedy or excessive drama bullshit in this show. 8.5/10. If you liked the first season, you'd love this one.
