Doesn't it happen to you that when you see a dude wearing a mask that covers most or all of his face (not a retarded rioter) you tend to subconsciously attribute positive traits to him such as intelligence, bravery, strength, coldness, stoic personality, or just coolness in general? Ive always had this bias, ever since I was a child I always thought wearing a mask is cool.

Could this be considered as halo effect?

I remember when I was a kid and played cs 1.6 I would mostly choose the SAS soldier just because he had a gas mask that looked cool

Even @BummerDrummer looks like a decent human being when he's wearing a mask

Yeah, maybe it's just because of the media
The Lone Ranger!
Nah he was a chad. Btw his sidekick was called tonto which means stupid in spanish, massive racepill

I think it's also because most human faces are ugly and masks tend to look better than the parts they cover.
I remember seeing Sub Zero without his mask in MKIII and was disappointed he didn't look as cool as I imagined.

Then what's the point?

All you'd really be gaining is normie validation if everything goes right.
I'm just talking about this bias that I experience in a descriptive way. I'm not telling you that wearing a jason mask is gonna give you an advantage in life :lul: did you read the post?

ya I think I look much better with a mask on
