I don't think OF is as big of a problem as the numbers suggest. Many of these holes use it as one tool in their entire game of milking retards, and as you say, the majority just make a few bucks here and there.

However, OF has directly impacted escorts. Many of them that I've seen now sell pics on OF and either significantly raised their prices or don't do actual sex work anymore.
