Do you guys think there is such thing as “too ugly” to make (male) friends? Everything I think of talking to someone I just worry that I don’t look good enough whether it be my hair messed up I’m breaking out I’m too short I have a bad outfit on etc. and end up just seething about it. The only real excuses I have is that pain puts me in a mood and I’ve been very anxious and stressed out and have had bad thoughts lately. Even just last year I was able to socialize pretty easily but it’s just been getting worse. Any solutions?
