Seriously, is anyone here an actual diagnosed autist? i want to know if i am one, i show some signs like extreme sensitivity to sounds, needing time alone to contemplate(if i dont get it i get extremely pissed off), very introverted and antisocial(being around people for too much time destroys me, they drain the fuck out of me) and high pattern recognition skills(99th percentile)

but i also show some signs that goes completely against autism diagnosis, i can undersatand social interactions, i can read people very well, i manipulate and i am a compulsive liar since childhood, also i have no morals at all, things that are the completely opposite to autism(apparently autists find it difficult to lie, don't undertand social norms, can't read people and have strong morals and sense of justice)

If you are an autist or knows about psychology, please help me understand this, i've been trying to figure out what is wrong with my brain for a while, any help would be appreciated

Imo it's always the really specific symptoms that will make it clear if you have autism or not. Being bad socially isn't exclusive to autism and for a lot of people that will be a result of their environment and experiences rather than their genes.

since i was a kid i am a compulsive/pathological liar, i lie literally about everything, even small things, when i am interacting with people it is like i am an actor, every single move i make is thought out in advance, but it happens in a blink of an eye, it's natural for me

i have no emapthy at all but i have other feelings, i feel sadness and i feel ashamed of my looks pretty often, also feel stressed out often, i heard pshychopaths don't feel anything at all

Weirdly my mom used to say I lack empathy and claims that it was because of autism which is the opposite of what you're saying.

I don't have strong morals but I wouldn't say I'm moral less. I don't think I'm a bad person

autistic people do not generally lack empathy. In fact, they have a wide range of empathic experiences. However, some autistic people may have difficulty understanding and expressing their emotions

i have traits that go 100% against autism diagnosis but i also have this hypersensitivity to sounds and extreme introversion and antisocial, so i really don't know wtf is going on with me

about being a psychopath, it could be true but tere's a key point that makes me think i am not one: i feel stress and i'm often ashamed and insecure about my looks, people claim psychopaths feel nothing, that's not my case, i'm stressed, angry and frustrated most of the time

Well I can't necessarily diagnose you since I'm not qualified however, Autism is a massive spectrum, so there's no way of telling for sure if you have ASD or not. I'd say you go to the doctor
