Agreed. Make sure to eat all natural no GMO no seed oils no soys no processed foods, no sugars, low carbs, diverse diet high in red meats etc..... drink alot of water take dietary supplements such as zinc and fish oils all of tha good stuff

I sometimes healthmaxx when i get bluepilled ideas, But the intrusive thoughts ruins the motivation and i just end up suffering and knowing it wont yield results irl among people, Im glad i have a cat tho, I fell asleep on my cats stomach fur earlier and it was comforting, The cat licked my ear then went to sleep, Weird af but i think it tells me it likes me and not hate me like the rest of the normies, Cats are lifefuel, My cat will follow me wherever i go in the house and guard me while i shit too
