I'm pretty sure it's something that has been discussed million times before so I'll keep it brief.
We have licences for cars, boats, planes, practically anything, but none for breeding.
Now I get some people would get mad at that and say reproducing is a right, but then also shame incels for wanting to breed at the same time and tell them they're not entitled to sex.
I'd say reproducing is even more needed to be controlled than driving a car, boat, plane and ect.
Why?
Because;
A: Unlike cars, planes, boats and such who are meticulously designed to work as intended, humans are not cars and come in different shapes and sizes, most of them barely scrapping by. And if society needs functional, strong, well adjusted people to be able to run properly, then who the fuck cares about the rights of genetically untift.
B: Just like a car, plane or a boat could be dangerous to the environment around them, so can humans be, sometimes even worse depending on location and the execution. One ill, dysgenic person could massacre dozens of people out of spite and cause some serious property damage, alongside ruining the mental health of previously healthy citizens.
