Discussion Alternatives to big tech that you'd recommend

I've been considering switching from gmail to gmx but I dunno. Seems OK.

I mean, I use Linux Mint instead of Windows. And I use this site instead of posting on Facebook or X or whatever.

I don't really use the big video streaming sites either. Netflix and Prime and stuff. I find them to be very fussy. About what browser you have to use, sometimes what OS you have to use, what version of the browser, etc. And this is even to watch videos that I BOUGHT! Like on Prime.

DVDs never do this...

Anywho erm, I just wondered if you guys have any recommendations or if you've been using anything good
