You get seen walking by an ATM camera, or your drivers license gets captured going down a specific road at a specific time by some traffic cam, and now they can establish a timeline, and you better have alibi's as to why you were driving down that road around that time hours away from when a rape took place, and if they dig further and collect evidence of further instances of this for past rapes now they have a profile of you to present to a jury

You can take steps to minimize the difficulties, as you said in your second sentence, there's even a viable strategy that's pretty easily achieved with only a little thought. It would take some effort, sure, but a strict definition of volcel doesn't take effort into consideration. Following the strict definition to its conclusion it's almost impossible to be an incel because there are so many options for having sex, and not following them supposedly makes you volcel. If rape is valid, why not escortmaxxing? If you don't live somewhere that's legal for escortmaxxing, just workmaxx and move, take a holiday, or do it illegally like a lot of people do.
