So in the town where I go to college theres a bridge and at the beginning of the bridge theres a set of stairs that take you to a path below. I walked down these stairs today when I heard someone say from above: "Are you (insert name)". Not saying who he thought I was but it was the wrong name and has nothing to do with me. I looked up and saw him bending over the bridge rail. The dude was maybe 6 foot tall, very, very skinny and had longish black greasy hair. I cant remember his face properly apart from him having very pale skin and big bulging eyes. Textbook tweaker. Not sure who he thought I looked like but he must have had beef with him. I replied "no" to him and began to walk on.
He replied "you sure about that?" in a fairly aggressive tone. I walked on a bit and a bunch of people were watching from the bridge. I kept walking whilst looking back and thinking of whether to run or not. He was taller than me but looked really weak and sluggish and I must have outweighed him by quite a bit but he still could have had a weapon. He kept pestering on to me asking me if I am this person who he thought I was. He even started asking me to pull out ID and shit. I ended up just speaking to him trying to tell him he had the wrong person and I pulled out my student card and held it at a distance. This old guy from the bridge started shouting at him to leave me & "fuck off" repeatedly and there was a few others just standing watching. after he saw the people he just turned and walked the other way.
Its weird because despite it only lasting a minute or two, theres memory gaps that I just cant remember. I cant really visualize his face properly and the moment where he started following me until he got close to me is blank. Isnt that an effect of adrenaline or something?
Anyway, moral of the story:
You know you are really fucking ugly when a tweaker mistakens you for one of his other tweaker friends. Chrrrrist...
