Almost died last night

Had a nightly sickness which happens to me a few times a year, I get very sick from 9PM to 9AM only

Was severely dehydrated and felt on the brink of fainting so I had to get up and get water, but standing up with the sickness made me lose 90% of my air and was barely able to breathe, said fuck getting water and went right back into my bed

It really felt a few seconds away from losing my breath and dying

And after that I had to spend 6 hours severely dehydrated, hoping I dont pass out from that

Thats why i always keep a water bottle close to my bed when i sleep
